Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy:
- Sealed, New, and Pre-owned (Complete) products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason, subject to a restocking fee up to 10%. Second Hand Post may exercise its discretion to lengthen the return window or waive the restocking fee for customers who routinely patronize the store.
- The returned product must be received by Second Hand Post in the same condition it was sent.
- If the condition of the product has degraded while in the possession of the buyer, Second Hand Post reserves the right to charge a restocking fee exceeding 10%, based on the estimated lower market value of the returned item.
- If Second Hand Post shipped the wrong item or otherwise created the error, the return shipping will be covered by Second Hand Post, and there will be no restocking fee. The error will be corrected as soon as possible.
- Products in the condition of Pre-Owned (Incomplete) or Pre-Owned (Flawed) are considered FINAL SALE ITEMS and may not be returned after purchase. These products are deeply discounted, and buyers must carefully consider the condition of these items prior to purchase. These items will be considered FINAL SALE and ineligible for return even if the Shopify platforms permits the customer to initiate a return. The final determination rests with Second Hand Post.
